1. All registered members of Kuwait Living get five (5) free classified ads, five (5) free events and unlimited lost and found entries. (Any post on Kuwait Living is called an entry. e.g. Classified entry, Event entry, Lost and found entry etc.)
2. All free classifieds entries are valid for one month. All free event entries get expired after 6 months. However, a member can only post 5 free events per month. Upon expiry, one can refresh the entry to make it active again or post another entry. At any point of time, there will be a maximum of 5 entries spanning the last 30 days.
3. There is no restriction regarding entries per category.
4. You can upload a maximum of 4 images per entry with 1 MB limit per image.
5. Google Map with find the destination (show me the route) is provided. Choose the destinations precisely to take advantage of the feature.
6. Global search feature can be found in the primary menu bar. Click the search button and type the term to search and hit enter.
7. Classifieds have filters to get specific results. They can be located on the top of every classified page; daily classifieds, listing, location and details pages.
8. Forum is a platform for discussions. They are categorized and posts can be found easily over time. Search facility with filters is provided for quicker and precise results.

You might want to consider the following precautions to avoid a fraud:

1. NEVER deal with any person operating from international destinations.
2. NEVER deal with any advertisement where proper details such as Company name, telephone number and fax number are not provided.
3. NEVER provide your personal or banking information (e.g. mobile number, credit card number) to others over the Internet.
4. Be extremely careful about the advertisers that offer:
5. Job in Kuwait in return of money
6. Loans in millions of dollars without credit history
7. Home Jobs that offer unrealistically high returns (thousands of dollars per week etc)
8. Do not believe in any offers that are too good to believe in.
9. Avoid scams by verification and acting locally.
10. NEVER pay with Western Union, Moneygram or any other anonymous payment services
11. Don't buy or sell outside of Kuwait. Don't accept cashier cheques from outside of Kuwait.

General Rules

1. Kuwait Living do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of the contents of any ad. Ads are NOT reviewed before they go live online. All content posted by the members/users is the responsibility of the person posting it.
2. All adverts selling a service, advertising property or selling goods that are posted on Kuwait Living must be accompanied by a valid Kuwaiti telephone number. Those without valid numbers or advertised in other currencies other than Kuwaiti Dinars will be deleted.
3. Please refrain from repeating the advertisements posted on the site. Repeated violation of this rule will result in the user account and any subsequent re-incarnations being blocked.
4. Ads seeking to provide or seeking the provision of, “questionable” services, (such as “massage”) will be deleted and the poster given a first and only warning. Any similar and subsequent post will result in the user account being blocked.
5. We expect each user to have only one account when posting ads. If we discover that a duplicate has been created, both accounts will be blocked without notice.
6. Ads for items that are not permitted in Kuwait, such as pirated games (or other software) music, films, CDs etc will be removed. Advertisers are requested to refrain from advertising such items on Kuwait Living portal. Further postings for such items will result on the poster’s name being removed from the member's list. Subsequent re-incarnations will also be blocked.
7. When posting photographs for any classified ad, the photograph should be one of the actual item being offered for sale. Photographs copied from brochures and photographs obviously not taken in Kuwait may be removed.
8. We are aware that there are many dubious marketing schemes around. Some of these take the form of offering high returns with little effort. If we suspect that adverts are promoting such schemes, the advert will be removed and the poster blocked.
9. Advertisements for the sale of visas or assistance in obtaining visas are not acceptable. Posters of such adverts will receive one warning only. If they repeat the post their accounts will be blocked together with any re-incarnations.
10. Kuwait Living is NOT a recruitment site although we do permit the advertising of vacancies to those already within Kuwait. We suggest that those seeking employment from outside Kuwait use the proper (recruitment sites) channel for such tasks. Posters from within Kuwait will be able to promote their availability within Kuwait.
11. Kuwait Living is NOT a matrimonial or a dating site.
12. Kuwait Living is never involved in any transaction, and does not handle payments, shipping, guarantee transactions, provide escrow services, or offer "buyer protection" or "seller certification"
13. Your IP and other browser/system information is gathered when you visit Kuwait Living. In case of authorities seeking information regarding any legal aspects, Kuwait Living will comply with the legal norms. Kindly be mindful of your activity on this website.
