ACK keen to structure academic, service activities

The President of the Australian College in Kuwait, Dr Issam Zaabalawi, has stressed that the college is keen to structuring its academic and service activities in line with the seven indicators of Kuwait’s Vision 2035, reports Al-Anba daily.

Dr Zabalawi told the daily, the intense interest in those indicators are closely linked to the trends of higher education, such as the necessity of diversification and sustainability of the economy and its transformation into a knowledge economy and the provision of a sustainable quality environment focusing on the need for capital development – a qualified human being who is able to integrate Kuwait into the system of developed countries economically, socially and environmentally, in order to reach a distinguished position on all levels Gulf, Arab and international levels.

He revealed that the Australian College in Kuwait (ACK) has made tangible progress towards its vision, mission, core values and strategic goals, praising all faculty employees, including academics, administrators and technicians, who have combined their efforts to bring about fundamental changes that will reflect a prominent impact in refining and crystallizing the skills of college students and affiliates and enhancing the position of a Kuwaiti and the promotion of a qualitative shift in performance and results.
