The sources mentioned that the budget for excellent performance bonus is KD 9 million.

Disbursement of the bonuses will be carried out based on the schedule of Civil Service Commission which is as follows:- KD 1,500 for doctors, consultants and department directors, KD 1,300 for pharmacists and supervisors, KD 1,000 for heads of departments and nursing staff, KD 800 for all employees and administration staff, and KD 400 for technical and support staff.
