west elm, born in Brooklyn, New York is a unique home furnishing retailer focused on the intersection of modern design, affordability, and community has chosen to display selected paintings of an Indian artist, Deepthy Rudradas at Al Kout Mall.

There are about 15 exquisite paintings curated on display at west elm showroom on level M of the AlKout Mall from 10 am to 11 pm until 15th June 2019. The visitors may have the privilege to meet the artist in person at the showroom. 

The paintings on display are also for sale. "I am quite excited by the response I received by those who appreciate art and especially from the citizens", Deepthy mentioned during a conversation.

west elm is hosting another exhibition by Deepthy which is planned at west elm showroom at Avenues Mall during September.

Deepthy Rudradas is an Indian artist living in Kuwait. She works with acrylics, silk, and glass. "I’ve been painting ever since I remember, and now I’ve had a chance to exhibit my work in Kuwait," she told. 

Deepthy expresses her gratitude as she mentions, "This is my first exhibition and it couldn’t have ever happened without the constant support from my friends and family."

She is open for custom work for those who have a unique perspective and an elegant taste.
