Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) affirmed Monday willingness to provide all facilitations for Bahrain's companies, and overcome all obstacles facing them in launching joint projects with Kuwaiti companies.

Kuwait and Bahrain share a historic relationship, KCCI's Chairman Ali Al-Ghanim, said while meeting with the Chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Sameer Nass and his accompanying delegation at KCCI's headquarters.

The meeting aims to boost Kuwaiti-Bahraini commercial and investment ties, he said, adding the Bahraini visit is also part of the continued communication between the two countries to address modern necessities and requirements.

Al-Ghanim also pointed out the meeting's importance in attaining economic integration between Kuwait and Bahrain under the GCC system framework.

Exchanging visits and strengthening bilateral ties add an additional value to the two countries' business partnership and bolsters their revenues, said the KCCI's chief.

For his part, Nass lauded KCCI's pioneering role in boosting its economic relationship with the Kingdom, in addition to its constant positive cooperation with BCCI.

The available potential in both countries allow for wider aspects of mutual commercial and investment cooperation, he noted.

Nass also expressed his hope that efforts continue toward facilitating commercial exchange and creating an appropriate environment for Bahraini and Kuwaiti businesspersons.
